A Bright Idea in HuFuM Corner…

Now you wouldn’t expect corners to be very inspiring places, would you… but the corner I am going to tell you about today is no ordinary corner, it’s HuFuM Corner, and HuFuM Corner is where brilliant, inspiring, healthy and motivating ideas are born!
HuFuM Corner is a secluded, leafy and peaceful little place where Jon HuFuM the Graphic Designer lives and spends his days quietly drawing and designing… quietly that is, until Jackie HuFuM turns up! Jackie HuFuM is an Acupuncturist, and is capable of causing mayhem where ever she goes… but, do you know how to stick needles in people and make them better? Jackie HuFuM does, and she does it very well!
One sunny spring morning about two years ago, when our two little HuFuM’s were, for once, sat fairly quietly contemplating the distinct lack of HuFuM’s in their corner of the world, Jackie HuFuM, had a bright idea… a big, bright, loud and noisy idea! “I KNOW!” she shouted excitedly, “What we need to do is gather together all the HuFuMs in the world and bring them all to HuFuM Corner!”
“Not if they’re all as noisy as you, we don’t.” said Jon HuFuM, grumpily, as he mopped up his half spilt cup of tea that he’d tipped all down himself when Jackie HuFuM had hit upon her bright idea…
“No really, don’t you see” said Jackie HuFuM “if we collect all the HuFuMs of the world together and put them all in one place, then when people are looking for help, all they will need to do is knock on the door of the HuFuM Corner website and they will find what they are looking for! Lordy I’m on fire!” shouted Jackie… “And there goes the rest of my tea” sighed Jon, mopping up again!
Now I’d better explain what a HuFuM is, because I can see that curious look on your face growing more and more questioning and demanding… well I’m going to put you out of your misery. A HuFuM is a Complementary or Alternative Therapist, Fitness Trainer or Lifestyle Professional who is fully qualified, fully insured and personally recommended and who wants to help you live your life to the absolute fullest. A HuFuM’s only purpose in life is to help you be ‘HEALTHIER, FITTER and MORE MOTIVATED!’
And so HFM Wirral was born!
